Job description
Our company is a fasf-growing Japanese joint venture that has been established for 5 years.
To continue to expand and strengthen our business, we are looking for an executive manager who will be the right-hand man to become a manager along with a Japanese CEO.

The executive manager will be responsible for:  strengthening the company's management, supporting new business projects and negotiating with customers, and overseeing the management of the company's business together with the CEO.

Tasks:
General planning and management work includes the following tasks:
1) Work with the agency on Finance and accounting work (managing accounting matters, making financial proposals, taxes, etc.)
2) Sales management (revenue management, business support)
3) Human resources, labor (building internal systems, etc.)
4) Contract Management (contracts with partners, and customers...)
5) Promote a new business strategy

Requirements
We welcome candidates with experience in:

・Advanced Japanese (N2 and above), Business English
・Activity-related support for new field establishment
・Management planning for startups
・Experience working at a company associated with foreign countries
